Last updated: March 25, 2026
This page explains how you can delete your account and personal data from the church management platform operated by Victory Dasmariñas. We are committed to giving you full control over your information.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the application by following these steps:
- Sign in to your church management account at victorydasma.org.
- Navigate to Account Settings (accessible from the sidebar under your profile).
- Select the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Click the "Delete your Account" button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm that you want to proceed with the deletion.
Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation, and you will be signed out automatically.
2. What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account credentials: Your email, password, and authentication tokens.
- Profile information: Your name, avatar, and contact details.
- Session data: All active sessions are terminated and session records are deleted.
- Connected accounts: Any linked third-party accounts (e.g., Google OAuth) are disconnected.
- Two-factor authentication: 2FA configuration and recovery codes are deleted.
- Local data: Browser cookies, local storage, and session storage associated with your account are cleared upon deletion.
3. Organization Data
If you are a member of an organization (church), please note:
- Your membership record and any associated role assignments may be retained by the organization for their administrative records.
- Attendance records, ministry assignments, and volunteer history associated with your membership may be retained by the organization.
- To request removal of your data from a specific organization, contact your organization's administrator directly before deleting your account.
If you are the sole owner of an organization:
- Deleting your account will also delete the organization and all associated data, including member records, ministry data, event history, and attendance records.
- We recommend transferring ownership to another administrator before deleting your account if you wish to preserve the organization's data.

- Account data: Deleted immediately upon confirmation.
- Backups and logs: Any residual data in system backups and logs will be purged within 30 days of account deletion.
