Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Church Management App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

Use of Services

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Church Management App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your church
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

The Church Management App is intended to support church administration, ministry operations, and community engagement. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
  • Share or misuse confidential member or congregation data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other church accounts
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

Church & Member Data

As a church administrator or staff member, you are responsible for the accuracy and appropriate use of congregation and member data entered into the platform. You agree to handle all member information with discretion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Church Management App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

Your church retains ownership of any content, member records, ministry data, and materials submitted to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely in connection with operating and improving the platform.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Access to certain features of the Church Management App requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Billing

We may bill you through an online account or other methods. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions are per-organization (church) and billed on the agreed billing cycle.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your church organization's access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Church Management App will immediately cease
  • We may delete your organization's account and any associated data
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Disclaimers

The Church Management App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
  • The platform is free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of ministry or organizational data
  • Loss of goodwill or congregation trust
  • Interruption of church operations
  • Any reliance on data stored within the platform

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your church's use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another party, including congregation members

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the Church Management App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
